In ancient Greek mythology, Thea—also known as the “Goddess of Sight” or “Mother of Light”—was a Titaness of extraordinary power and vision. Her name is derived from the Greek word theá, meaning “divine sight.” Thea was revered as a bringer of brilliance, illuminating the heavens and granting light to the sun, moon, and stars.
Thea’s influence extended far beyond her radiance; she represented the ability to see beyond the surface, to uncover hidden truths, and to illuminate paths previously shrouded in darkness.

Compliance is at a crossroads. As regulations grow more complex and global trade becomes increasingly interconnected, traditional compliance processes often struggle to keep pace. Having worked extensively in compliance and witnessed these challenges firsthand, I saw a critical gap in how organizations approach compliance operations—relying heavily on outdated systems that are costly, inefficient, and prone to errors.
My name is Aneta Klosek, and I founded AITHEA because I believe in the power of a network and connecting the dots to create impactful solutions.
